I purchased app and I am following online tutorial instructions on restrictions. It says to "scroll down" to modify music/movies/tv, etc. I do not have the option to scroll down on my restriction page. I have disabled the safari, you tube and install apps, but can not find "allowed content". I am attempting to install on 2 different Itouchs, but unsure if they are OS 3.x editions. Does this mean my itouches are not the correct version and this app can not be installed? Or is there another way to modify allowed content? Thank you

It appears that the iPod Touch does not have the latest software, iPhone OS 3.x. We highly recommend this upgrade since it has some advanced parental control restrictions, as you have rightly noted, that can help filter the content accessible on the device in a more fine grained manner.
It is very easy to upgrade and costs only US $4.95 now. You can learn more on this Apple page.
