Impossible de se connecter IPOD Touch

J'ai paramétré l'IPOD et mon PC. je vois sur mon PC l'IPOD de ma fille avec son adresse internet et ai reçu un premier rapport.

Mais depuis hier je ne reçois plus de rapports et sur l'Ipod je n'arrive pas à entrer sur Mobicip.

Le message est   :

SETTINGS 

Device Name   l'adresse email de ma fille (la même que celle que je vois sur mon PC),

Who will use this device ?

 

Et je n'arrive pas à aller plus loin

 

Qui peut m'aider ?

We investigated the problem and found that your device name has a special character in it, which was causing a problem during authentication. We went ahead and removed this character, and your account should work perfectly now. Our engineering team will continue investigating the problem for a clean fix so that this doesn't happen again.

Please try Mobicip again on the iPod Touch and let us know if the problem is resolved now.

Thanks for your answer but the problem is not resolved.


I tried to open Mobicip on the Iphone and I arrived to the same picture "Settings    Device Name   isistil free.fr   Who will use this device ?".
Note that now there is no "@" beetween isistil and free.   The correct adress of my child is isistil@free.fr

I uninstalled the icone Mobicip de l' IPHONE and i installed it again. I have the same picture and problem
 
Thank for your help because your soft is very interesting for me and for all parents.

Meanwhile, we have made one more change to your account to see if that resolves the problem. We have changed the device name to a shorter one (mentioned in the private email sent to you). Note that the device name is used to identify the device itself and not the user or email address.

Please try to launch Mobicip one more time and see if the problem is resolved. Meanwhile, we will continue to troubleshoot the problem on our end as well.

Hello

As you asked me, i tried to launch Mobicip one more. But the problem is not resoled as you can see in the pictures joins at this message.

I didn't remenber having indicate during the registration "isistil@free.fr". Can you indicate me how mobicip can know this email adress ? Note than Mobicip find one other adress use by my chil, "berangere.mottin@free.fr".

Can you explain to me how mobicip determine the device
