It appears that you have purchased the Mobicip.com Premium service and not the Safe Browser app, please note that these two go together. You will need to purchase the app for $4.99 from the App Store either on the iPod Touch or on the computer, in addition to your purchase of the Premium subscription priced at $9.99. This pricing model is described clearly on our website and displayed as you go through the purchase as well.
However, we apologize if this was not made clear to you before your purchase. Please note that the Premium subscription is optional. If you think you will need only the Safe Browser app and not the Premium subscription, please contact support(at)mobicip.com and we will be happy to refund your purchase.
