How do I authenticate my ipod touch? also why can't I open Mobicip app on my ipod?

We sincerely apologize for the trouble you are having. You authenticate a device by launching the Mobicip Safe Browser app on the device and logging in using your Mobicip account. If you have trouble opening the app on the device, we suggest that you delete and reinstall the app on the device.

To reinstall Mobicip Safe Browser, press and hold the icon until it begins to wiggle, then delete. Visit the App Store app on the device and search for Mobicip. Install the app by selecting BUY NOW. Make sure that you use the exact same iTunes account that you had used before to purchase the app. You will not be charged for purchasing the same app again.

If you still have problems setting up Mobicip on your iPod Touch, please send us an email to Mobicip Support with your Mobicip-registered email id and we will investigate the issue further asap.
