Step 1:
- If the new iPod Touch is sync'ed with the same iTunes account as the older device, simply sync the device and Mobicip should be installed at no additional cost.
- If the new iPod Touch is NOT sync'ed with the same iTunes account, you will need to purchase the Mobicip Safe Browser app from the App Store using the iTunes account it is sync'ed with.
Step 2:
- Once the app is installed, launch the app and login using your existing Mobicip.com account. Setup other restrictions on the device as described in this tutorial:

Step 3:
- From your computer, login at www.mobicip.com. Select Settings > Users to add a new user. On Settings > Devices, you will find a link that says "Upgrade Now". Click the link to purchase the Premium subscription for the second device.
Step 4:
- If you added a new child user, launch Mobicip on the device again and select info > Help to assign the new user to this device.
That is it! The new device is setup with Mobicip Safe Browser along with a Premium subscription.

To transfer your Premium subscription to the new device, all you need to do is get in touch with us and let us know, just like you did now. Since your son's device has been replaced, you need to download and install the Mobicip Safe Browser on to the new device. It is very easy to restore Mobicip from the App Store for no additional charge. Launch the App Store on the device and search for Mobicip. Touch the $4.99 button and select BUY. Use the same iTunes account that was used to purchase Mobicip before, and you will not be charged for the repurchase.
Once you download and install the app, launch the app and login using your existing Mobicip account credentials. Your new device will start appearing under your account. Then send us an email to support@mobicip.com from your registered email id and we will transfer the subscription from your old device to the new one and remove the old device from your account.
