I had installed Mobicip, but my child has uninstalled it. It is possible to recover it?

confused

Why would I want to be charged to have a parental control that my son was able to delete?  The program was taken off the ipod.  This doesn't make much sense.

Re: confused

It is possible to prevent your child from deleting Mobicip on the device. Please launch the 'Settings' app and go to General >> Restrictions. If you have followed our recommended steps to set up parental control restrictions after you installed Mobicip, you would have set up a Restrictions passcode that is known only to you. Enter your Restrictions passcode and please set the option 'Deleting apps' to OFF in the screen that follows. This will ensure that your son will not be able to delete Mobicip from the device.

In case you have not yet set parental control restrictions on your son's device, please follow the instructions in the tutorial below:                                                                                                                                          How to Setup Parental Controls on iPhone & iPod Touch (iOS4 Edition)

Please don't hesitate to contact Mobicip Support for further assistance.

I have the same problem but

I have the same problem but when I go to purchase again at the App store, it says installed and won't let me do anything else.

Re: I have the same problem but

The most likely reason is that you may have restricted all apps on the device.

- Go to Settings > General > Restrictions,

- Scroll down to Allowed Content, select Apps.

- Change the setting from Don't Allow Apps to any other age-based rating.

Mobicip should now reappear on your screen. Please try this and let us know if the problem is resolved now. Otherwise, we will be happy to assist further.
