We try to mimic Safari's functionality and this, and the functionality can be somewhat misleading.
Try the following:
1. Launch the Mobicip browser.
2. Touch the tab icon. The page should be shown in tab view. Touch the x button repeatedly until you close all open tabs.
3. Touch the info button and select Settings > Clear History.
4. Close Mobicip and launch it again.

We apologize for the confusion caused. Please note that Mobicip's filter works only on the Mobicip Safe Browser and not on any other apps available on the device including Safari. While we would like to make our filtering service work with other apps on the device, Apple does not allow us to create software that runs in the background. Hence, we had to create our own browser to provide filtered internet access. Please note that this is the case with any other internet filter available for Apple's mobile devices.
This is the reason why we recommend our users to disable all other browsers available on the device and make Mobicip as the only window available for filtered internet access. If setup correctly, the default Safari browser should be disabled and Mobicip should be the only browser available on the device. You can ensure this by following the steps outlined in this tutorial.

I understand how to clear history on my iPhone. I have a premium membership and would now like to clear the history monthly as well. How do I do that on my computer?
The internet activity history on the Reports page of the web monitor will be available for 60 days from the time of access after which it will be automatically erased. The current version of our website does not have the capability that will allow our users to erase the history. We are working on an update of our website and we plan to address this feature in the update. In the meantime, we suggest that you use the date range at the top to filter history for a specific period (for example, the past 7 days).
