- Have you used the '&' symbol in your password? If yes, please change your password.
- Can you see if the Internet access is available? We have seen that the app reports "Login Failed" when 3G is very spotty.

Login Failed 404

I'm having this problem even though we have internet access. There is no "&" in my password. Thoughts?

We are sorry for the trouble you are having. Login failure with error code - 404 means that the device was registered as premium with another account.
Is there a possibility that the device was enabled using a different Mobicip Premium account in the past? If yes, then the device has to be released by the previous account owner before it can be enabled using the new account.
We suggest that you please send us an email to support@mobicip.com through your Mobicip-registered email id, so that we can look into your account and guide you further accordingly.
