Here is a step-by-step procedure to write an anonymous review on the iTunes App Store. BTW, you can use these steps to write a review for any application or content on iTunes.
- Launch iTunes on your computer.
- Select the iTunes Store.
- Search for 'mobicip'.
- Click on 'Mobicip Safe Browser' from the search results.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'WRITE A REVIEW'.
- You may have to login into iTunes to submit the review, but you don't have to reveal your username in the review. Enter a pseudonym if you would like to keep you username private.

Though I work in the sphere of mobile application development, recently I've become interested in reviewing other iTunes content, songs & albums to be particular.
So I followed your how-to (actually, those steps worked well for me speaking apps reviewing), and for some reason it wouldn't allow me to post my review, telling there was an internal error...
I understand it is not really connected with Mobicip, but probably someone here will notice the post and give me an advice...
