Mobicip for computer

I purchased mobicip for my son's computer and am not getting reports on what is accessed.   Also it is not blocking the content.  I have gone through the installation process multiple times and end with the success confirmation screen, but it still does not block content or give a report.

Thank you for any help you can give me to get it working
