How do I change user on my ipad?

I've created my account and set up my 2 children and selected the level online. They are both showing in my users section on my mac, yet on my ipad I only see 'child 1' and not 'child 2'.

The help on the ipad says to change user go to: >settings, >current user but this still only shows 'child 1' with a tick next to it. I've tried, tapping, double tapping, sliding etc and restarted my ipad but cannot find a way to change 'child 1' to 'child 2'.

Has anyone overcome this or had he same problem?

We sincerely apologize for the delay in replying to your forum post. Please note that it may take up to 30 minutes for the changes you made on the web monitor to reflect on your device. Hence, you were not able to see the new child user on the device immediately. We believe that you should be able to see all three of your child users on your iPad now. Please let us know if the problem persists by sending an email to Mobicip Support and we will investigate further asap.
