To cancel your subscription, simply email support(at)mobicip.com from the registered email address. We will cancel the subscription and send you a confirmation within 24 hours. We are working on making it easier for you to manage your subscription online without contacting us via email. Please bear with us and we will post an update here as soon as the feature is implemented.

If you are a non-Premium Mobicip subscriber - To change the email address, we recommend that you simply create a new account. On the iPhone or iPod Touch, delete the Mobicip app and reinstall it from the App Store. Make sure you use the same iTunes account that was used to purchase the app the first time; Apple does not charge you for downloading it again. Launch Mobicip and create a new account using the new email address. Send us an email from the email address associated with the obsolete account, and we will go ahead and delete the account.
In case you are a Premium subscriber - then to change your registered email address, all you need to do is send an email request to support@mobicip.com from your current email address and mention the new email address in the request. We will make the change and send you a confirmation asap. You will need to login one more time from the device using the new email address and password.
