My child's setting is elementary. Yet the activity report is saying that fanfiction is allowed. How is this so? When I tested it at elementary settings on first install, the fanfiction website was blocked. And I need this to be blocked, whether its m.fanfiction or www.fanfiction. Please advice why the filter allowed this site through? And what is being done to fix this?

We are sorry for the trouble you are having.
In response to this forum post, we have created a support ticket. You should receive an email with a ticket number. We are investigating the issue and you should hear from us shortly.
As a workaround, since you are a Premium subscriber you can add fanfiction.com to your website blacklist. Simply login at www.mobicip.com, select Settings > Websites > Block and add the domain
fanfiction.com
to the list. Make sure you add it exactly as shown above and not as www.fanfiction.com or any variation thereof.
Please bear with us and we are confident that we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

We have investigated the problem and found the root cause. It appears that you have added this particular domain to your whitelist as well as your blacklist for one of the user profiles on your account. When a conflict like this happens, the whitelist takes precedence over any other setting and that is why the site is allowed.
To correct this, login at www.mobicip.com, select Settings > Websites > Allow, select the child user profile in question, and remove
fanfiction.com
from the whitelist for that user.
Please let us know if this resolves the problem. Otherwise we will be happy to assist further.

Thank you for your feedback. I've removed the site from the whitelist. By the way, I suspect my child may have accessed my account and put it on the whitelist. So can you please tell me how to change my password?
