Hi there
i recently installed mobicip on my son's iPod Tocuh but every time I try to run the app. I get a Netword Error - error connecting to the internet. If I enable safari I can connect no problem, YouTube connects no problem and obviously I can connect to the App Store.
So, can anyone give me any ideas as to how I overcome this error.

We are sorry for the trouble you are having.
Is there a possibility that your son's device has the date and time set up wrong? We have found that this is the primary reason for the error message, so please go ahead and make sure that the time and date are set correctly on the device.
If the problem still persists, please send an email to Mobicip Support and we will investigate further asap.

MOBICIP won't connect to internet

Hello,
I loaded MOBICIP on my IPAD and it worked perfectly for 5 months. One day it stopped working and won't load. It starts to load and "authenticate" but then stops. Any ideas about how to correct this? Thank you.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have requested our dev team to look into this issue. In the meantime, can you please delete and reinstall the app on your iPad? We believe that this is the fastest way to resolve the issue.
To reinstall Mobicip Safe Browser, press and hold the icon until it begins to wiggle, then delete. Visit the App Store and search for Mobicip. Install the app by selecting BUY NOW. Make sure that you use the exact same iTunes account that you had used before to purchase the app. You will not be charged for purchasing the same app again.
