I changed the access level online and have done the following as recommended in the forums and still have not seen the access change on the ipod:
- Waited 15 minutes
- Closed the app and reopened it
- Searched for something using the browser
The browser still sites an elentary school level and online it says Middle School
Please advise...

We are sorry for the trouble you are having.
Your filtering setting has been changed successfully. Please launch Mobicip on the device one more time and it should be at the correct filtering level now.
We are not quite sure why the change you made on the website did not reflect on the device within 15 mins. Please bear with us as our dev team reviews the logs, and we will get back to you with an update on what happened.
Meanwhile, your account and device should be setup correctly now. If you find otherwise, please let us know and as will investigate it immediately.
