can't find settings - general

Just updated to premium.  went to knowledge base and clicked on the tutorial to setup parental controls.  Under General Parental Constrols Restriction Set up, it says "from the home screen select Settings>General.  I can't find this anywhere.  I've looked for settings on the home page of this webiste.  I've gone onto Mobicip on my son's ipod and the only settings I can find is thru the info button on bottom left, but that only shows me Device Name, Current User and Browser settings.  Browser settings only give me options to clear history or clear cookies.  Can someone please tell me how to set this thing up.  I'm sure I'm missing something easy, but I can't figure it out.  Thank you.

How to get to the home screen on iPhone or iPod Touch?

Hello mommylady

The home screen referred to in the tutorial is the home screen of the iPhone or iPod Touch. You get to it by pressing the round button right below the touch screen on the front of the device. On this screen, you should see a gray icon with gears in it, with the name Settings below it. Launch the Settings, and you can then go through the menu by selecting General > Restrictions etc.

You are probably unfamiliar with the device interface. Perhaps our tutorials can be more helpful for new users. We will work on it going forward.

Please let us know if this answers your questions. Otherwise we will be happy to assist further.

Premium only works for 1 phone

Just updated to premium for 2 phones, when I log in into Mobicip I only see that on of the names has Premium on it, so I went ahead and tried to update the account without premium and still says that i have the basic account. what am I doing wrong.

Devices page doesn't show Premium upgrade

This is a different problem from the one discussed in this thread. If you can contact us at support(at)mobicip.com, we will be able identify your account and give you a more specific answer.

Your Premium purchase has probably been processed and applied to your account. The notice that says "Upgrade Now" should have disappeared from the other pages, but will probably persist in the Devices page alone. You will continue to see the notice until you use Mobicip from the device the next time.

Simply launch Mobicip on the device and the notice should go away within a few minutes.
