I have the premium version for iPad and cannot block safari. This is useless if safari can be accessed. The help site shows how to do This on an iPhone, but not an iPad. When I follow the steps to block safari on the iPhone, I do not get the screens shown in the instructions. I can get to the restriction settings, but that is only for the mobcap browser. Please tell me how to block safari on an iPad.

You are correct in that Safari needs to be disabled for Mobicip to be effective. We do have a tutorial for iPad specifically including the correct screenshots. Please click here to open this tutorial. It is titled as "How to Setup Parental Controls on iPad (OS 3.2)" and is linked from the iPhone and iPod Touch tutorials as well in the initial description.
Please try to setup the iPad based on the instructions in the tutorial. Let us know if you need additional help, and we will be happy to walk you through the steps.
