We just got mobicip a few days ago. My daughter used it the first day and it worked fine. Now when she goes to access the internet, it takes her to the login screen for mobicip.com and we have no way of changing the website. Am I missing something here??

Please check the following and let us know the results:
1. Is there a possibility that your device has the date, time and time zone set up wrong? Our dev team mentioned that this could be the primary reason for the issue, so please go ahead and make sure that the time, date and time zone are set correctly on the device and let us know if this resolved the issue.
2. Also, can you please let us know the space available in your device? To check this, please launch the Settings app > General > About. Insufficient memory space can also cause this issue.
If the problem persists even after correcting the above settings, please let us know and we will investigate further asap. We really appreciate your co-operation and patience as we work towards your satisfaction.
