blocking sites that should be allowed

So I just put Mobicip on my kids ipods this weekend and im having an issue with it blocking sites that should be allowed. I have it set as middle school lvl and my daughter was trying to look at a teen clothes site called shopjustice.com and it keeps blocking it and the reason on the report list Porn. I added it to the allowed list but it only lets her get to the home page it blocks any thing she clicks on from that page. I wanted to see if it would work if i disabled the adult filter labled "Porn" and it worked just fine with it unchecked. Any idea why it thinks this site is a porn site. I also have the "shopping" allowed. I really dont want to leave the "Porn" filter unchecked just so she can look at differnt clothes sites. Any ideas of what I can do?

Thanks

JMC

Dear JMC,

We sincerely apologize for the trouble you are having. We forwarded your concern to our filtering policy team and they identified that a word wrongly spelt on the website ('strip') triggered the Mobicip filter to block the website under the category 'Porn'. Otherwise, the website will normally fall into the category 'Shopping'. We requested our dev team to override this block and allow the website. We have confirmed that the website works fine now.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Feedback from users like you help us improve our product and service for all users. We appreciate your continued help and support.
