Known Problems

We have tried to document some of the known problems with Mobicip's beta for Windows 7 in this faq. Please use this forum thread to report any additional issues that you come across. Your feedback will help us prioritize and tackle the issues you find, and also help other users and parents. Thank you in advance for your feedback and support as we resolve these issues.

UPDATE: This issue has since been resolved. If your login fails, there are probably other reasons. Do contact us and we will help troubleshoot.

  1. Have you used the  '&' symbol in your password? If yes, please change your password.
  2. Can you see if the Internet access is available? We have seen that the app reports "Login Failed" when 3G is very spotty.
