How can I check if a site is blocked or not?

Is there any way to check if mobicip blocks a site, not using the iPods I set it up with? Some kind of online tool, a list, or something would be nice. I want to email my daughters sites to check out, but I am unsure if Mobicip would block them and I would have to have them white listed to let them on. Is there some way to check which sites are blocked by Mobicip not using the acctual iPods themselves?
